New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival

Thursday, April 24 – Sunday, April 27, 2025
Thursday, May 1 – Sunday, May 4, 2025

The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival is a 10-day cultural feast in which thousands of musicians, cooks and craftspeople welcome 400,000 visitors to the city each year. The Louisiana Heritage Fair showcases unforgettable music on multiple stages, delicious Louisiana cuisine in two large food areas, and crafts artisans from the region and around the world. The Louisiana Heritage Fair is held from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM each weekend at the Fair Grounds Race Course.

The complete list of musicians performing at the Jazz & Heritage Festival will be announced in January 2025. A more complete schedule is usually available one month before the Fest. The Jazz Fest website is the first place to view the schedule.

How will the Jazz & Heritage Festival Impact my ACRP 2025 Experience?

Attending ACRP 2025 during Jazz Fest is a unique experience. Musicians from around the world—blues, R&B, gospel, Cajun, zydeco, Afro-Caribbean, folk, Latin, rock, rap, country, bluegrass and everything in between—will flock to New Orleans to play in the festival. Don’t worry if you’ll be in educational sessions throughout the day. Music will fill the air as artists play evening shows in intimate venues throughout Jazz Fest. Walk down Frenchmen Street, the main artery of the Marigny neighborhood adjacent to the French Quarter and take in the vibrant blocks of cafes, music clubs, and restaurants. The energy will be electric!

Jazz Fest is very popular and there will be a high demand for hotel rooms during ACRP 2025, so we advise making your hotel reservations at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans as soon as possible. Many Festgoers book their rooms a year in advance. You may book your hotel room before completing your ACRP 2025 conference registration to secure your accommodations.

If you provide your credit card information to one of these companies, your card may be charged and there is no guarantee you will have a room upon your arrival in New Orleans.
