ACRP Continuing Education Grants to Attend ACRP 2025
ACRP will offer $2,000 to a select number of clinical researchers from minority groups to attend the ACRP 2025 Annual Conference. The grants provide valuable opportunities to network with—and learn from—leaders in their profession at the premier education and networking event for clinical research professionals.
The award will support the recipient in covering the costs of registration fees for ACRP 2025 (valued at $999) as well as a travel stipend to offset the costs of transportation and lodging of up to $1,000. Student Registration
*A student discount is available only to full-time undergraduate and graduate students who use a valid email address ending with an .edu domain to create their ACRP account and submit a signed Enrollment Verification document from academic institute verifying enrollment in a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester (undergraduate students) or enrollment in a minimum of 9 credit hours per semester (graduate students). Workshop Registration
ACRP 2025 Workshops on Thursday, April 24, are NOT included with Full Conference registration and require a separate fee. If you are registered for the conference and would like to add a workshop, contact ACRP Customer Care for assistance with your registration.
Media Registration
Complimentary registration is available to credentialed journalists. Those requesting media registration must be currently employed by a news publication or organization, such as a Business and Trade Publication/News Wire Service, Television, Radio, Online Publication, or as a freelance writer. ACRP 2025 Meals
Full conference registration includes breakfast and lunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and light hors d'oeuvres at the Networking Receptions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. On Thursday, lunch will be provided for full-day Workshop registrants only. Weekend registration includes breakfast and lunch on both days and the Networking Reception on Saturday. One-day registration includes breakfast and lunch and the Networking Reception if attending on Friday or Saturday.
