  • Please include the conference hashtag #ACRP2025 in all social media posts to boost their visibility to a wider audience. This will also allow ACRP to see your posts so we can engage with you. And don’t forget the conference website URL (2025.acrpnet.org) so people can click to learn more.

  • Like, share, and comment on posts from ACRP, conference speakers, and supporters who will attend the conference. Greater engagement leads to more visibility for all.

  • Use the social media graphics and copy (provided below) to promote your presence. You are welcome to make edits to the social media copy or write your own!

  • Add the Event Logo to Your Website: If your company has an events calendar or listing of relevant conferences, be sure to include ACRP 2025! You’re welcome to feature the conference brand in the calendar or appropriate webpages.

  • Use an Email Signature: Add an I’m Going! Email Signature or a small ACRP 2025 image to effortlessly promote your attendance at the event via email. Be sure to link the email banner to 2025.acrpnet.org so people can click to the website.

  • Display a Newsletter Banner Ad: Use this 728x90 banner or this 300x250 banner to allow your audience to quickly access the ACRP 2025 website. The banner ads should link to 2025.acrpnet.org.
