ACRP 2023 Speaker Details: April
We look forward to seeing you in Dallas for ACRP 2023—the place to be for clinical research professionals. To ensure that you have a successful conference experience, we have outlined these “need-to-know” speaker details to help you prepare.
Hotel Reservations
While the discounted room block is no longer available for ACRP 2023, the Sheraton Dallas Hotel may still have rooms available. Please click here to check availability and reserve through the hotel website. Additional lodging options can be found through the Visit Dallas website.
Speaker Reminders
All speakers should register for the conference via this link. If you have not registered yet, please do this today! Once you will identify your session type (Workshop, General Sessions), the form will indicate the number of complimentary registration day(s) you will receive. If you would like to register for additional days, you will have the option to do so.
Also, your Speaker Agreement must be signed and submitted via the Speaker Service Center, if you have not done so already.
Your session slides should have been uploaded to the Speaker Service Center by this point so ACRP staff can review your slides in advance of the conference. If you have questions about the conference PowerPoint template, which includes a slide template for polling questions.
If you have any questions about navigating the Speaker Service Center or the conference, please contact Kristen Andersen-Fleming, Meeting Logistics.
Speaker Ready Room Location and Hours
If you would like to rehearse your slides at the conference, the ACRP 2023 Speaker Ready Room will be located in State Room 1 (Level 3) of the hotel. View floor plan. Please note, this is to review slides only. Changes to your slides cannot be made onsite.
Friday, April 28: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Saturday, April 29: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday, April 30: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Onsite Session Details
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to your session to ensure you are not feeling rushed. Near the podium, there will be an information sheet with answers to questions that you may have.
The room layout will be theater style seating or round tables. We encourage you to leave time for questions and to encourage audience participation, so your session is engaging. There will be a standing microphone in the audience for questions.
Promoting Your Session
The ACRP Speaker Marketing Toolkit has graphics, draft copy, and suggestions for promoting your conference session to your networks via social media—and beyond. We make it easy for you to position yourself as a thought leader in clinical research!
Health and Safety Protocols
As of March 16, all ACRP conference attendees are required to test negative for COVID-19 from an FDA-authorized over-the-counter antigen test within 24 hours prior to attending. By completing your registration onsite and printing your badge at the ACRP 2023 Registration Desk, you are confirming that you have tested negative for COVID-19. This will enable you to enter and participate in ACRP 2023 educational sessions, concurrent meetings, and Expo Hall events. Read more.
