Andrea Berkovsky is the Human Resources Director for HCA Healthcare's Clinical Services Group & Research Institute, overseeing HR support for over 7,500 colleagues. With more than 16 years of experience in human resource management and healthcare and hospitality operations, Andrea specializes in executive management, strategic program management, operational excellence, labor management, and employee relations. Previous to HCA Healthcare, she was the Assistant General Manager for Courtyard by Marriott, located in Nashville, TN managing 75 employees through operations management, including full-cycle HR functions and providing strategic business partner services to the General Manager and the leadership team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certificate.
