Pam Draayer is an Education Coordinator in the Mayo Clinic Office of Research Education focusing on Workforce Development projects. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia College in St. Paul, Minnesota and became a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) in 2011. Pam has been with Mayo Clinic since 2007 and in research since 2008. She has held roles as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator in Urology, Supervisor of Research Coordinators in Orthopedics and was an Epic Credentialed Trainer for Research. Pam is a 2024 Karis Award recipient, recognizing exceptional overall performance that reflects Mayo Clinic Values over time. Before joining Mayo Clinic, Pam led youth and education programs in faith communities for 21 years. She lives in Rochester, MN with her husband and their newly adopted cat, Callie.
