Nancy Sacco is currently the VP Head, Clinical/Site Development Operations at SiteBridge Research Inc and is focusing on bringing clinical research to practicing physicians treating patients in communities often not approached by Sponsors/CROs. She has 20+ years of experience in the Drug Development, completed her MS and PhD at WVU School of Medicine. Her experience includes Global Head of ClinOps, ClinDev, and Strategic Operations at various pharma/biotechs (Pfizer, Takeda, Astellas, ANAB, AVXS, RVNC, AEON), and CDO, Hexima. She contributed to multiple INDs/NDAs/MAAs/BLAs, initiated gene therapy studies for rare disease (SMA, ZolgenSMA) and has successfully led several ODAs. Dr. Sacco's clinical experience has involved developing clinical plans and protocols, overseeing Ph1 - 4 studies, building high-performing clinical teams to successfully implement and complete programs. In her current leadership role, she is working to transform clinical research to be more inclusive and community focused through a broader medical community.
