Charita has extensive hands-on experience in conducting and managing clinical trials from the site perspective as a Research Nurse Coordinator. She has contributed to the successful completion of multiple trials in different phases and therapeutic areas, such as neurology, oncology, and cardiology, several of which have been as a top enroller. In her current role, Charita designs and delivers engaging and effective training programs and resources on various aspects of clinical trial execution for device, drug, biologics, non-therapeutics, and registry trials with site-based and decentralized operational models.
