Damon House is a Marketing graduate from Georgetown University with a technologist spirit. Over the past twenty-five years, he has been a Strategist, Deployment Director, and Community Engagement Manager. Damon has worked with C-Suite executives on digital transformation, mentored innovation competitions for NASA and the US Department of Energy, and he has spoken at the United Nations. As a Consulting Business Manager at Microsoft, he managed innovation and digital transformation strategies, supporting over $500M in consulting sales. Damon sits at the intersection of education, innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, and industry as he strives to uplift marginalized and underrepresented communities. Today, through his consulting firm, The ClayHouse Group, Damon focuses on community development, collaborating on programs for communities of color in the US, the Caribbean, and Africa. He received Microsoft’s US Public Sector Heroes Award in 2021 for outstanding community engagement, as well as numerous other awards and honors throughout his career.
